With this vision, Tin wants to elevate the Vietnamese specialty coffee culture, while honoring the heritage and the community that make it possible. 

Bella co-founded Proh farm with a vision to showcase the quality of Vietnamese coffee while creating opportunities for farmers and youth. As the Chief Marketing Officer, she leads the brand’s global vision and international outreach.

Passionate about sustainability and youth empowerment, she draws on initiatives like KidsforSDGs and Youth Incubator to amplify Proh Farm’s mission. Bella has showcased Vietnamese specialty coffee at global forums, emphasizing the impact of young leaders in shaping agriculture’s future.

Hung is an experienced leader with a deep appreciation for Vietnam’s coffee heritage. A graduate of Vietnam’s prestigious Foreign Trade University and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Hung leverages a solid background in finance and management.

As Proh Farm's CEO, he brings strategic vision and operational expertise to guide the company’s growth.

Duong serves as Chief Financial Officer of Proh Farm, where he oversees financial strategy, planning, and resource management to support the company’s growth.

With expertise in financial analysis and business planning, he ensures that Proh Farm operates on a strong and sustainable foundation. Duong plays a key role in guiding investment decisions and positioning the company for long-term success in the global coffee industry.

My serves as Proh Farm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Processing Officer, where she oversees the quality standards of coffee processing with a strong focus on flavor development.

With a background in pharmacy and a degree in medical sciences, she brings a scientific perspective to refining post-harvest methods and ensuring consistency throughout production. As a CQI-certified Robusta Processing Professional she has represented Proh Farm at numerous industry events, where she educated and highlighted the precision and innovation that define the farm’s approach to processing quality coffee

Trang serves as Proh Farm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Coffee Quality Officer, bringing both organizational leadership and technical expertise to the company.

A Certified Arabica Grader with the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), she combines professional training with a deep passion for Vietnamese coffee. Trang has represented Proh Farm at numerous industry events, where she showcases the farm’s dedication to quality and innovation. In her role, she oversees operations while ensuring that every bean meets the highest sensory standards.
